Grading structure:
When you start in Taekwon-Do you begin as a white belt. The belt system can be seen below.
From White belt to Blue stripe the minimum time period between gradings is 3 months. From Blue Belt to Black Stripe the minimum time period between gradings is 6 months.
Club gradings take place 4 times per year. Your Instructor will tell you whether you are eligible and ready to grade.
Our Little Kickers programme is designed especially for children aged 4-7. It covers the fundamentals of Taekwon-Do at a simplified level that is accessible to our youngest students. The programme allows them to develop their confidence, coordination, fitness and basic techniques and prepares them well to join our Junior classes at age 8. Our Little Kickers take part in gradings, if ready, every 3 months. Their belt system follows a slightly different structure to the Junior and Adult students.
